Position Overview

Iron Horse is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to spearhead the end-to-end sales lifecycle for two of our flagship high-end luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in selling premium real estate to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), capable of owning the customer journey from lead generation through to post-sales engagement. This role demands strong client-facing skills, leadership in managing sales support teams, and seamless cross-functional coordination with Marketing, CRM, and other internal verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Ownership & Project Management

  • Take complete ownership of the sales lifecycle for two assigned luxury real estate projects, from lead generation to post-sales handover.
  • Drive sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining the premium brand positioning of Iron Horse.
  • Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Client Engagement & Conversion

  • Engage prospective clients with confidence and clarity, articulating the unique value proposition, design philosophy, and lifestyle benefits of each project.
  • Build trust-based relationships with HNI clients through consultative selling and a deep understanding of their lifestyle aspirations.
  • Handle objections professionally, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals while ensuring an elevated customer experience.
  • Physically attend client meetings, conduct in-person site visits, and host walkthroughs for HNI clients.

Team Management & Training

  • Lead and manage the tele-calling team responsible for lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
  • Design and deliver structured sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, pitch quality, and conversion ability of the team.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching to drive consistent results.

Site Visits & Customer Experience

  • Coordinate and orchestrate seamless site visits, ensuring clients experience the project in a premium, well-curated manner.
  • Personally accompany HNI clients on site walkthroughs, providing a white-glove experience aligned with Iron Horse's brand standards.

Events & Brand Activation

  • Host and represent Iron Horse at exclusive sales events, project launches, broker meets, and HNI engagement programs.
  • Coordinate event logistics in partnership with Marketing to ensure successful execution and high-quality lead capture.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align on campaigns, lead generation activities, collateral, and brand messaging.
  • Partner with the CRM team to ensure smooth client onboarding, documentation, payment milestones, and post-sales servicing.
  • Liaise with Projects, Legal, and Finance verticals as required to deliver a frictionless customer journey.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales experience in selling high-end luxury real estate projects, with a demonstrable track record of closures with HNI clientele.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, customer psychology, and premium product positioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in managing tele-calling teams and conducting sales training is essential.
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in the following languages is mandatory:

  • English – Professional fluency for client communication and documentation.
  • Telugu – Conversational and professional fluency.
  • Hindi – Conversational and professional fluency.
