Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, generating leads, and closing sales transactions. The role includes building and nurturing client relationships, assisting clients through the property purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining knowledge of market trends, providing expert guidance, and preparing necessary sales-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer relationship, and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and property regulations
- Ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions to clients
- Relevant experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Fluency in local languages (e.g., Telugu, Hindi) is a plus
