Job Description

Company Description The Institute of NeuroDevelopment is dedicated to providing comprehensive, empathetic care for children with special needs. The organization supports children with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual disability, and learning disabilities. It also addresses challenges such as global developmental delay, mental health concerns, school performance issues, and behavioral difficulties including anxiety, aggression, and temper tantrums. Services span paediatric physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and vision therapy, counseling, psychometric and functional assessments, behavioral therapy, and ABA-based special education. Team members collaborate across disciplines to deliver individualized, family-centered interventions.
Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will promote the Institute's services to families, schools, hospitals, and referral partners, building awareness of neurodevelopmental care offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting in-person and telephonic follow-ups, and explaining services and programs to prospective clients in a clear, empathetic manner. The role involves maintaining relationships with referring professionals, organizing outreach events and information sessions, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase visibility in the community. The Sales Executive will also manage sales documentation, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with children's families, educators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in healthcare, education, or related service sectors.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining trust and long-term relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic office software.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn about neurodevelopmental disorders, therapeutic services, and inclusive education practices.
  • Comfort conducting outreach activities, presentations, and on-site visits within Kolkata and nearby areas.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, social work, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and uphold non-discriminatory, child-centered values.
