We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer to enhance our visual storytelling across both physical events and digital channels.
The Opportunity: As an HR professional with two decades of experience, I know that in the event and fashion world, the visual voice is everything. This role is crucial for maintaining our brand's premium image. We are seeking a designer who not only executes but also innovatessomeone who understands the pulse of fashion aesthetics and is comfortable leveraging dynamic content formats. Given that our existing team has experience in creative reel-making, we seek a designer who can seamlessly translate event concepts into visually compelling assets for social media, print, and large-scale event backdrops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Cold and Warm Calling: Execute a high volume of professional, outbound calls daily to C-suite executives, Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, and decision-makers within target organisations (luxury brands, financial services, media houses, and design studios).
- Specialised Sales: Focus primarily on selling high-value packages, including:
- Event Sponsorships: Securing title, powered-by, and associate sponsorships.
- Awards Participation: Driving table sales, nominations, and category participation for our prestigious annual award ceremonies.
- Pitch Delivery: Deliver compelling, professional sales pitches over the phone, clearly articulating the value proposition of partnering with India Designer Show and the ROI of our platforms.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify inbound leads and proactively research new prospects, developing and nurturing relationships entirely through remote communication channels (phone, email, video calls).
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously track all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted call scripts, refine pitches, and coordinate follow-up materials.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly telesales targets for both sponsorship and award revenues.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of dedicated telesales, inside sales, or outbound B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record and clear ability to handle high-value sales conversations over the phone, specifically in securing sponsorships or award participation fees.
- Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skillsa confident and persuasive phone presence is essential.
- Experience selling into the luxury, fashion, media, or event/exhibition industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard MS Office applications.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and focused on achieving clear metrics and targets.
