Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to customers and dealers.
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers.
- Update all call records and customer details in the CRM system daily.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings when required.
- Prepare and share daily call, meeting, and CRM reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Excel, and email.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally.
