Job Title: Sales Executive - Import and Export
Job Summary
The Sales Executive in an Import and Export business is responsible for generating international sales, managing overseas clients, negotiating deals, and supporting smooth execution of export and import orders.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Import and Export sales or international business development
Salary and Incentives- Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
- Incentives:
- Attractive performance-based sales incentives
- Commission on new client acquisition and order value
- Monthly / quarterly incentive payouts on achieving sales targets
- Growth: Salary revision based on performance
- (Salary range can be customized as per company policy)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert international sales leads
- Handle overseas clients and buyers professionally
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams
- Follow up on shipments, payments, and customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business or related field
- 1+ year experience in Import and Export or international sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of export documentation and INCOTERMS
- Experience using trade portals is a plus
