Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, engage prospects, deliver product demos in English and Hindi, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, understanding customer needs, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling and lead calling to generate new business opportunities
Deliver product demos in English and Hindi to prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch the product/service
Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets
Proactively learn and understand the product to communicate value clearly
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure higher conversion rates
Perform market research to identify new lead sources and opportunities
Generate leads through various channels (calls, references, networking, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions
Work closely with team and founders to improve sales strategies and processes
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Confidence in cold calling and pitching
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Ability to learn quickly and explain products clearly
Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Qualifications
Any graduate (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in sales / tele-calling (freshers with strong communication can apply)
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Number of calls made (cold + follow-ups)
Number of demos conducted
Lead-to-conversion ratio
Revenue / target achievement
