Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include conducting market research, preparing accurate sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional services and solutions to clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with consistent track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in using CRM tools and data analysis for sales management
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with digital technology and an interest in the education, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
