Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves extensive fieldwork, product promotion, customer engagement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and local market activities.
  • Promote and sell SkyyRider Electric products to individual and institutional customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits, and close sales deals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of sales orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and logistics for order execution and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report the same to management.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports, follow-up status, and territory updates.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain SkyyRider Electric's brand image in the market.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • 02 years of experience in field sales (experience in EV, automobile, or FMCG sales will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
