Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their housing and construction needs, and present suitable project offerings and solutions. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and guiding clients through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries, with strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical or design details in clear, accessible language.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, MS Office or similar tools, and basic digital communication platforms.
  • Solid understanding of local real estate or construction market dynamics in and around Bengaluru South, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client meetings and site visits, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client interactions and teamwork.
