Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹10 LPA

Experience: Freshers to 4 Years

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday | Weekly Off: Tuesday

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Any graduate. Freshers are welcome to apply
• 6 months to 4 years of sales experience preferred; real estate experience is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills, mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling
• Candidates from Real Estate, BFSI, Telecom, Auto, Hospitality, Retail, EdTech, or B2C sales backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred (not mandatory)
• Immediate joiners preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate and conduct property visits and client meetings
• Present project details, configurations, pricing, and amenities effectively
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing residential property deals
• Coordinate documentation and agreements through to final closure
• Build strong client relationships and generate referrals and repeat business
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay updated on Bangalore's residential real estate market and ongoing projects
