B2B Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru

About the Role:

FurrPartner builds software that helps veterinary clinics manage appointments, client records, prescriptions, and billing — all in one platform. We're looking for someone to sell this directly to vets and clinics. This is a B2B SaaS sales role, not a pharma MR role.

You'll meet vets, groomers, and trainers in person, understand their challenges, and show them how the platform helps. Pet professionals often have unpredictable schedules, so the role calls for patience and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clinics, grooming centres, and other pet service providers in your territory; build strong relationships.
• Generate leads and conduct on-field meetings.
• Demo the platform and pitch its value, tailored to each clinic's needs (training provided).
• Handle objections confidently and follow up consistently to convert leads — real conversations, not a script.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and pipeline in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations, customer success, and marketing for smooth onboarding and better lead generation.
• Share on-ground feedback with product and leadership teams.
• Hit monthly sales targets and track your KPIs.
• Support and mentor new sales hires as the team grows.
• Stay current on market and competitor trends in pet care.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of field sales experience.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and extensive travel.
• Flexible with working hours when needed.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and patient with busy professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a Medical Rep, or in Diagnostics/Pharma/Pet Nutrition sales.
• Experience selling to doctors, clinics, or healthcare professionals.
• Pet care/veterinary industry exposure is a plus.
• Interest in SaaS/tech sales, even without prior CRM experience.
