Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of IT solutions and services, including software licenses and implementation services
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Promote and sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and related Microsoft solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations for high-value deals
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful deal execution
  • Travel as required to meet clients and support business development activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 56 years of experience in IT solutions and services sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value IT deals involving licenses and services
  • Experience or exposure to selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft enterprise solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Indian IT services market, preferably North India
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
