Job Role: Seller Support Executive

CTC: 17 - 20K + Incentives

Exp: 0 - 1 year

Location: Keshar Bagh, Indore

Job Profile:

We are looking for enthusiastic Seller Support Executive to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Responsibilities:

1. Call people using a given lead.

2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

3. Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices, etc. and present

their benefits.

4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.

5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their needs.

6. Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.

7. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

8. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.

3. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone

systems.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills and Proficient in English.

5. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

6. Persistent and results-oriented.

7. Attractive fixed salary component plus performance based variable incentive.
