Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Indore. The Sales Coordinator will primarily support the sales team in managing daily operations, coordinating with Distributors, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating sales records, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports. The role also involves fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Coordination and ability to support the sales team with planning and operational tasks
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity with Sales and Sales Operations, including maintaining records and generating reports
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software, MS Excel is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
