Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Indore. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting services, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to provide effective investment recommendations. Collaboration with other teams and delivering excellent customer service will also be critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and the ability to close sales
- Knowledge of the stock market, investment strategies, and financial advisory is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- A result-oriented mindset and the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
