HGP Training Center, established in January 2017, specializes in offering professional and industrial training along with certifications tailored for students and professionals in the Food and Pharma industries. As an approved Highfield (HABC) Qualifications International Center and an empanelled training partner of FSSAI, the center delivers internationally recognized courses and mandatory Food Safety Supervisor Training across India.

HGP offers various training modes including classroom, virtual, onsite, and distance e-learning, with a focus on food safety, HACCP, pharmaceutical topics, and Train the Trainer courses.

The center has successfully trained students, faculty, and employees from numerous prestigious organizations, educational institutions, and industries in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the training programs and certifications provided by the company.

The Sales Executive will be accountable for achieving sales targets, preparing reports on sales activities, and collaborating with the internal team to enhance client satisfaction. Additional duties involve conducting market research, developing pitches, and representing the organization at events, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Food Safety, Pharmaceutical, or training certification industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
