Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in South East Delhi. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and offer appropriate products such as Home Loans, Life Insurance, or General Insurance. You will also be managing customer queries, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process while meeting organizational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and explain product offerings.
- Proven sales skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and negotiation expertise.
- Customer relationship management to build trust and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Knowledge of financial products such as Home Loans, Life Insurance, and General Insurance is preferred.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural sensitivity to interact effectively with the local clientele.
