Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Motor Sales Executive to join our growing team at Policybazaar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for motor insurance sales, handling customer queries, and achieving assigned targets through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for motor insurance products (two-wheeler & four-wheeler).
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to motor insurance.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable motor insurance plans.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated on motor insurance products, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in motor insurance sales(mandatory).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
