Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing activities
- Identify client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties
- Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for documentation and deal closure
- Keep updated records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and property laws
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Willingness to travel for site visits
