About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of electronic and industrial components across PAN India by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and providing technical support to ensure business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India in the electronics and industrial sector.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of electronic components, electromechanical parts, and industrial automation products.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, distributors, and industrial clients.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tenders, while negotiating terms to close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, principals, and internal teams to ensure timely pricing, product availability, and order execution.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and share insights with management.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events for lead generation and networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer information in CRM/ERP systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields. MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
  • Experience: 13 years in technical sales of electronic components, industrial automation, or electrical products.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of electronic components such as sensors, connectors, fuses, relays, power supplies, transformers, and automation solutions.
  • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
