About the Role:
The Sales Executive will drive client acquisition, conversion, and onboarding for Haus Of Chaos. This role is responsible for pitching the agency's services (creative design, immersive branding, experience-based branding, packaging, etc.), bringing in new business, managing lead generation, and working closely with the Account / Delivery team to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, outreach, and engage potential clients/brands/businesses that could benefit from Haus Of Chaos creative/experiential / branding offerings.
- Generate leads via networking, digital outreach, referrals, social media presence, market research, etc.
- Understand prospects needs, pitch relevant services (branding, packaging, immersive and spatial branding, experiential design) with customised proposals.
- Collaborate with creative/design leads to prepare pitch decks, creative proposals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Present and negotiate proposals/contracts with prospective clients; manage deal closure.
- Ensure smooth handover to Account Manager / Delivery Team upon client conversion coordinate onboarding, brief collection, kickoff, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM (or tracking system), lead databases, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets/conversion metrics/revenue targets.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving demand in branding, packaging, immersive design, and experiential branding.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing / social media/outreach team (if any) to amplify outreach efforts.
- Provide feedback from clients/market to agency leadership about market needs, demand gaps, and service refinement opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience: 25 years in sales/business development ideally with exposure to creative agencies, design studios, branding/marketing firms, or creative services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of creative services, design, branding, packaging ability to grasp what Haus Of Chaos offers, and articulate value proposition to clients.
- Client-facing confidence, networking ability, sales-oriented mindset, result-driven, and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal skills ability to coordinate between clients and
- internal design/creative team, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Basic understanding of project cycles, deliverables, timelines (even if not executing), to ensure promises match delivery capacity.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace, proposal & presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides), and quoting / budgeting basics.
- Ability to multitask handle multiple leads/prospects at different stages.
- Comfortable working in a creative, fast-changing environment; flexible to adapt pitches to different kinds of clients (brands, businesses, projects).
Education / Other Preferences:
- Graduation in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any equivalent discipline.
- Prior experience or interest in creative industries (branding, design, packaging, branding agencies).
- Basic knowledge of design/branding jargon, packaging/experiential-design workflows is a plus (so candidates can converse meaningfully with creative leads).
- Good social media awareness, digital marketing sensibility (since Haus Of Chaos seems active on social media and branding).
KPIs / Success Metrics (First 612 Months):
- Number of new clients onboarded / conversion rate from leads
- % Revenue generated from new clients
- Quality of leads: clients whose requirements align well and result in sustainable projects (not one-offs)
- Smooth handover to the delivery team and minimal client-onboarding issues or dropouts
- Contribution to business growth/expansion of client base and company growth
