Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and regularly meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key daily tasks include creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, answering customer inquiries, and tracking sales metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development.
  • Ability to perform market research and analyze sales metrics effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales presentation and proposal drafting, as well as knowledge of the furniture industry, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer proficiency.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work in a team-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in multiple Indian languages is advantageous.
