Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify leads provided through Meta Ads, Privry CRM, or inbound WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements (wedding date, venue, preferences, budget, etc.).
  • Send portfolio links, sample albums, and pricing details professionally
  • Conduct structured sales calls following company scripts and objection-handling techniques.
  • Book in-studio meetings or virtual consultations with clients.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining margin integrity.
  • Log all lead activities, conversations, and status updates in CRM tools (Privry/Google Sheets).
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics accurately.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align lead handling and conversion priorities.
  • Share client insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets (₹7L standard).
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions.
