Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing client relationships. The role involves conducting sales presentations, understanding client needs, and promoting Guru Educational Services effectively. You will play a key role in meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's expansion goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and meeting sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Knowledge or experience in the education sector is a plus
