Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bardez, Goa. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the production and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. The role requires strong customer-focused interactions and the ability to represent Gumtree's eco-friendly pest control solutions effectively to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly
- Team collaboration skills to work across departments such as production and marketing
- Experience in eco-friendly or pest control products, or the chemicals industry, is an added advantage
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Bardez, Goa
