Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bardez. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, following up on leads, and staying informed about industry trends. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Customer relationship management and ability to provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of the pest control industry or related products is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Who we're looking for
- Candidate based in Goa
- Outstation candidates are welcome if currently staying in Goa
- Must know 34 languages (Konkani / Hindi / English / Marathi or similar)
- 1+ year experience in sales preferred
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
