Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers by selling products and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain and service existing accounts while generating new orders.
  • Identify and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
  • Call on existing and potential sales outlets to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or sales executive roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage daily sales activities effectively.
  • Result-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
