Job Description
Hiring: Sales Executive – Solar Materials | Gumtree Specialty Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.
We're hiring a Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to grow our business in the solar and energy sector.
About Us
Gumtree Specialty Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. supplies silicone sealants, potting compounds and tape solutions for solar modules, inverters, batteries, wind and semiconductor applications. Our customers include leading manufacturers across India.
Role
- Develop and manage sales of silicone sealants, potting compounds and tapes
- Build relationships with solar module, inverter, battery, wind and semiconductor manufacturers
- Generate new leads, follow up on enquiries and close orders
- Work with our technical team on product trials and approvals
- Prepare quotations, track payments and maintain customer data
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the solar industry (solar module, materials or components)
- Existing contacts with solar manufacturers or procurement teams
- Good understanding of solar module materials (sealants, encapsulants, tapes, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel to customer plants
- Graduate in Science / Engineering / Business (preferred)
