Account Sales Executive (Field Sales)
Hindustan Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Account Sales Executive for a field-based role. If you have a minimum of 1 years of experience in account sales, excellent communication skills, and are an immediate joiner, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within your assigned territory.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account sales, with a proven track record in field sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with clients and presenting effectively.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close deals.
