Customer Consultation & Site Visits: Conduct site assessments, analyze energy needs, and present tailored solar solutions (ROI, savings).
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating directly with clients to close sales deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordination: Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy requirements.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in solar project sales or the renewable energy sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
Skills: Proven ability to close sales, strong negotiation skills, and technical understanding of solar PV systems.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
