Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting client presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves market analysis, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent account management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms is desirable
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge or experience in landscaping, gardening, or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Pune Division for client meetings as required
