Job Description:
As a Real Estate Residential Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the purchase
and sale of residential properties. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating
the complex real estate market, providing expert guidance and support throughout the buying or
selling process. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the local
housing market, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and cultivate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current housing trends,
pricing, and inventory.
3. Assist buyers in properties that match their needs, preferences, and budget.
4. Guide sellers in preparing their properties for sale, including staging, pricing, and marketing
strategies.
5. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and tours for prospective buyers.
6. Negotiate purchase offers and counter offers on behalf of clients to achieve favourable
outcomes.
7. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate
transactions.
8. Keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions and provide timely updates
and feedback.
9. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and client communications using
CRM software or similar tools.
10. Stay abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting
the real estate market.
11. Participate in networking events, community activities, and professional associations to
expand your sphere of influence and generate referrals.
12. Uphold ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional
standards governing real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, neighbourhood's, and communities.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry
professionals.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.6. Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and software, including MLS databases,
CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
7. Valid real estate license in [Insert Location].
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
