About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales for our IT and cybersecurity solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their technology and security needs, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. You will use modern sales tools and platforms to build a strong pipeline and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads using tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social selling
• Identify and connect with decision-makers such as IT Heads, CIOs, and CISOs
• Understand client requirements related to IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
• Promote solutions such as cloud services, network security, endpoint security, and compliance offerings
• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales/technical team
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead nurturing
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, IT sales, or cybersecurity sales
• Experience using Lusha, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
