Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, converting potential customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, presenting holiday packages, negotiating with clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for client engagement and relationship management
- Understanding of Marketing Techniques and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Experience in the Travel or Hospitality Sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
