Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing products or services, and clearly explaining value propositions. The Telesales Executive will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems. Daily responsibilities include answering customer questions, resolving basic concerns, and directing complex issues to the appropriate team members. The role also requires meeting or exceeding call targets, sales goals, and conversion metrics while maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. Collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to refine pitches, share feedback from customers, and suggest process improvements is also expected.
