Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships within the hospitality industry. Daily tasks include prospecting, presenting loyalty solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or F&B industry and experience in loyalty or marketing solutions
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
