Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Kochi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting GMS loyalty solutions to drive sales. Duties include conducting market research, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional client service to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including business development, negotiation, and deal-closure capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on client engagement
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with loyalty solutions and marketing strategies in the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in the hospitality or sales industry is preferred
