- Freshers with good communication skills / Sales knowledge.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant in the telecom industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to customers. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling telecom products and services in Canadian Market, understanding customer needs, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Initially Lead generation & creating customer bank.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Able to manage the entire sale call with the closing.
- Negotiation of the prices / Offers.
- Maintaining customers data in the databases.
- Addressing objections.
- Outbound & Cold calling
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in International Sales or Telecom Industry.
- Proven sales experience in the telecom industry or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to give good customer experience
