Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Banquet Sales)

GhumakkadIndia is a growing travel company offering a wide range of travel solutions including hotel bookings, flight/train/bus ticketing, international and domestic holiday packages, and corporate event planning. We also own and operate premium properties like The Archer Hotel & Banquet in Gurgaon, providing top-notch hospitality and banquet services for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team at The Archer Hotel. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls for hotel and banquet sales, generating leads, scheduling property visits, and assisting walk-in clients at the hotel. This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Make outbound calls to convert inquiries into sales
• Handle incoming calls and provide information about hotel rooms and banquet services
• Schedule and coordinate banquet hall visits with potential clients
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the hotel operations and events team to ensure smooth execution of bookings
• Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Confident and presentable for in-person client interactions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or events industry is an advantage
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field
