Tele-sales German Speaker for our Gurgaon office. The role requires engaging with clients, identifying potential leads, and delivering exceptional service to support clients needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include cold calling, following up on sales inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and professionalism. The successful candidate will play an integral role in growing the client base through proactive outreach.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet sales objectives
- Prior experience in tele-sales or a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
