About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, engaging prospects through calls and emails, and supporting marketing initiatives and event coordination.

This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, communication, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and business opportunities.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
• Assist in planning and coordinating webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• MBA is Mandatory.
• 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telecalling or Business Development.
• Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
