Responsibilities

- Manage Roomindo sales, institutional tie-ups, and property sourcing.
- Recruit, train, and manage field sales executives.
- Build partnerships with institutions and corporates to improve occupancy.
- Oversee sales operations and cross-team coordination.
- Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and close property acquisitions.
- Track sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Represent FindMyHostel at events to generate leads and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and outreach campaigns.
- Implement pricing and discount strategies for revenue optimization.
- Support tech solutions to enhance customer experience and operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor real estate and coliving trends for expansion opportunities.
- Manage contracts and legal documentation with partners and clients.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as per company requirements.
