Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage hostel partners with quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, institutions, and corporates.
  • Conduct market research on demand, customers, and competitors.
  • Achieve sales targets through lead generation and conversions.
  • Manage Roomindo sales, institutional tie-ups, and property sourcing.
  • Recruit, train, and manage field sales executives.
  • Build partnerships with institutions and corporates to improve occupancy.
  • Oversee sales operations and cross-team coordination.
  • Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and close property acquisitions.
  • Track sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Represent FindMyHostel at events to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and outreach campaigns.
  • Implement pricing and discount strategies for revenue optimization.
  • Support tech solutions to enhance customer experience and operations.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Monitor real estate and coliving trends for expansion opportunities.
  • Manage contracts and legal documentation with partners and clients.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as per company requirements.
