Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, present Faith Group India's disinfection solutions, and build long-term relationships with healthcare institutions and other relevant sectors. Responsibilities include conducting product promotions,demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.The Sales Executive will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while promoting Faith Group India's commitment to effective, science-driven infection control.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related technology sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools for managing customer information and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Comfort with on-site client meetings in New Delhi and surrounding regions, including occasional travel as required.
