Job Description

A Sales Executive specializing in Bulk SMS, Voice Call Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Lead Generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. New Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients in need of Bulk SMS, Voice Call Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Lead Generation services.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions to meet their objectives.

2.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and providing exceptional service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.

3.Solution Selling:

  • Present and demonstrate our suite of Bulk SMS, Voice Call Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Lead Generation services effectively to potential clients.
  • Create persuasive sales pitches and proposals that highlight the benefits and value of our services.

4.Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay updated on service enhancements and industry trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

5.Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the marketing services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Bulk SMS, Voice Call Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Lead Generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
