Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Vadodara for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include attending client meetings, preparing and delivering presentations, developing sales strategies, and providing clients with support throughout the sales lifecycle. The role also involves market research, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Strong Communication, Client Engagement, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and create Strategic Sales Plans
  • Understanding of Solar Energy Solutions and Renewable Energy Industry
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the solar or energy industry is an advantage
