Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Executive role based in Vadodara. The B2B Sales Executive will engage potential and existing clients, develop and maintain relationships, and identify customer needs to propose appropriate industrial supply solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for pricing and delivery coordination, attending industry events, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and contract negotiation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Understanding of industrial supply products, markets, and customer needs
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for developing tailored client solutions
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and travel for client meetings or industry events, as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in B2B industrial sales or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an advantage
