Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and reaching sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls, identifying new opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication, Relationship-Building, and Negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills for Market Research and Identifying Opportunities
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet targets, work under deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in the outsourcing, BPO, or tech services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with international markets is preferred
