Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to support our sales team in driving conversions and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage leads efficiently through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into qualified prospects and closures.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential buyers/investors through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
  • Track and manage all current leads through different stages of the sales funnel.
  • Maintain and update lead data, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and schedule project site visits for interested clients.
  • Ensure smooth client experience during site visits by sharing project details and assisting with queries.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely responses and documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales or telesales preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in real estate lead management.
  • Understanding of residential/commercial property sales process.
  • Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

Compensation:
  • 2.1LPA (Fixed) + attractive incentives based on performance.
