Role Description

EssProM Academy is hiring a full-time Sales Executive for a hybrid role based in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective learners and clients, promoting training and certification programs, and building long-term professional relationships with students, institutions, and organizations. The role involves conducting presentations and consultations, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Promoting training programs and career solutions
  • Building strong client and institutional relationships
  • Coordinating with academic and marketing teams
  • Maintaining CRM and sales records
  • Tracking market trends and improving sales strategies

The role may also require travel for educational events, seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the EdTech or training industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Good negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
  • Understanding of EdTech, IT training, or technologies such as Oracle EPM, Analytics, Cloud, or AI is an advantage
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to hybrid work environments
  • Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate will be preferred
  • Educational background in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory
